We are a working family with two children. They are very easy going and follows a schedule.
The elder one will be going to school later in Aug. We need someone who can drive and pick up kid if necessary. Main responsibility will be taking care of younger one as she is still two. She might need help with diaper change, feedings, and regular care for an infant. We also need help with their laundry and light housekeeping such as loading dishwasher. Being a versatile and flexible nanny in our extremely busy schedule is necessary.
Most likely, this will be 7AM-4PM job. Occasionally, we would expect the caregiver to work extra hours for not more than 1 or 2 hours. This will be very rare.
