Hi! We’re a reliable, respectful family looking for a full-time nanny with professional childcare experience to care for our energetic, curious 2-year-old boy. Our wonderful nanny of two years is relocating abroad, and we’re hoping to find someone just as kind, dependable, and engaged—ideally for a long-term role through mid-2027.

We’re seeking someone with prior nanny experience or equivalent early childhood experience (e.g., daycare, preschool, kindergarten, or early elementary setting). A background in Early Childhood Education or Child Development is a plus. This role is best suited for someone who understands toddler development beyond casual babysitting and enjoys creating meaningful, structured days.

We value consistency, clear communication, and a warm, attentive approach to caregiving. Our ideal nanny plans fun, age-appropriate activities, encourages learning through play, and is truly present throughout the day.

Schedule:

Monday–Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Thursday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
(Approx. 44.5 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and lead daily activities at home and on outings (library, toddler gym, park, etc.)

Support speech and language development and potty training

Maintain a consistent daily routine

Prepare simple toddler meals/snacks

Tidy up after play and meals (child-related only)

Handle toddler laundry

We Offer:

$22–$24/hr depending on experience

Paid overtime for 40+ hours/week

W-2 payroll
