Brought to you by Family Concierge: A warm and friendly caregiver is needed for a family in the Glen Allen, VA area, for care starting September 2026! Care will be needed for a flexible schedule ranging from 25 to 40 hours per week. The family would be happy to discuss scheduling details during the interview.

The ideal candidate will be able to travel to the family's home Monday-Friday to provide primary care to their newborn during the day. During this time typical infant care will be needed such as bottle feeding, diaper changing, and overall support for newborn's daily care needs. (Details on daily task to be discussed during interview with family.) Promoting newborns social and emotional development while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment is essential. At 2:30pm each day, a safe and warm pick-up will be needed for their 6-year-old from the school bus. Care will be needed to support their child transition into the home after a busy day at school, providing a meal/snack, and engaging child in exploratory play for the remainder of the day.

CPR/First Aid Certification is required, and past experience with infants and young children is a plus! Weekly pay will be set at $350 per week, with quarterly performance bonuses. There is dedicated parking and access to the family vehicle if needed. Caregiver must also be comfortable with pet as family has a 13lb Jack Russel/Beagle Mix and a 11lb Tabby Cat!
