You’ll take ownership of child-related tasks, including preparing meals, packing lunches, keeping areas organized, managing before and after-school routines, handling transportation, and supporting schoolwork. Travel responsibilities will include prepping for trips, organizing children’s belongings, and ensuring seamless transitions while away. You’ll collaborate closely with your co-nanny to provide consistent, structured care. The family is excited to meet caregivers who are confident, organized, and ready to contribute to a structured, high-energy household where clear expectations and firm boundaries help the children thrive.

Children: 5-year-old, 6-year-old.
Hourly rate & annual salary: $40-$46hr/$83k-96k+year
Benefits: $300 monthly healthcare stipend, unlimited days of paid sick time, 10 days of paid time off, paid major holidays, $250/overnight, OT paid at a time and a half, & a family vehicle for on-the-job travel.
