We’re a fun, active family in McLean with two energetic boys who love sports and being outdoors. We’re looking for a nanny who can keep up with their enthusiasm, help structure active days, and support a mix of play, outings, and light daily routines. Start date is flexible in May.
Ideal fit: someone who enjoys engaging with kids, is comfortable with active play, and can help create a positive, structured environment. Reliability, good communication, and a warm personality matter to us.
