Brought to you by Family Concierge: Loving McLean family looking for a household manager and caregiver for their infant. They are a new family of 3 with the addition of their daughter! They are looking for care to start in April when she is around 8 months old! Support is needed Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm. With both parents having full-time jobs, the family needs support to be able to manage their days smoothly!

Care for their daughter includes preparing and feeding meals and bottles, putting down for naps, diaper changes, going on daily walks, as well as creating fun and engaging activities that aid in the enrichment and development of the child such as reading, singing, tummy time, sensory play, etc. They are also looking for assistance with household responsibilities with washing the baby’s dishes/bottles, doing the baby’s laundry, and keeping the nursery and toy areas organized. The family is also looking for support with household laundry, dishes, shopping for groceries, some light cooking, etc.

The ideal caregiver has experience with infant care, is patient, and will offer nurturing and caring support. The family is also looking for a caregiver that is First Aid, CPR, & Infant CPR certified, up to date on vaccinations, willing to complete an Enhanced Background Check and Motor Vehicle Check offered through Sittercity (free to the caregiver), as well as is compliant with safe sleep for infants. The ideal caregiver is also able to provide 3-4 references.

As a family, they enjoy the outdoors and hiking, traveling domestically and internationally, checking out new restaurants, and spending time as a family! The family is offering $25-$33 per hour based on qualifications and experience, guaranteed 50 hours per week, 10 business days of paid vacation per year, 3 to 5 paid sick days plus 6 to 8 standard paid federal holidays, a Health Insurance Stipend, and a mileage reimbursement.
