About us: We live in a quiet and walkable Bellevue neighborhood. Husband works from home as a personal trainer. Wife works a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days from home). Our daughter will be 4 months old in July. We also have two small/mid-sized dogs, well trained.
Looking for: We're looking for someone reliable, responsive, detail-oriented, with experience caring for infants / toddlers. We would like the nanny to establish a structured routine and provide interactive play for developmental growth. We enjoy talking / reading to our daughter and going for walks to nearby parks, and we'd like for the nanny to do the same.
Requirements: Background check, CPR/First Aid certified, fully vaccinated against COVID / flu / TDAP
Preferred but not required: Bilingual (Mandarin ideal), familiarity with Montessori Method
Schedule: M-F 8am-4pm (40h/week guaranteed)
Rate: $28-36/hour + industry standard benefits
