We're looking for a nanny to start in Oct. This position involves engaging one preschool-aged child in activities and play during weekday days (9am-3pm). Candidates must have their own car and feel comfortable around a large, friendly dog. Experience with type 1 diabetes is desired but not required. Parents to provide diabetes education. Duties include: keeping the child safe and cared for, in home education, play, plus carb counting meals/snacks and administering insulin if needed; in addition driving to the playground, library and other out of home activities during the day. This role does not include pet care but requires a comfort level with pets.
