Brought to you by Family Concierge: Wonderful Redmond family looking for a caregiver for their 4-month-old! They are a new family of three with the addition of their son! They are looking for care on Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm to ideally start in August. They are flexible on the exact start date and are looking for the best fit for their family.

Care includes preparing and feeding meals and bottles, burping, diaper changes, as well as creating fun and engaging activities that aid in the enrichment and development of the child (tummy time, talking, reading, sensory play, listening to music). They are looking for a caregiver that will follow and help establish a consistent daily routine with supporting naps and sleep routines, monitor comfort (gas, fussiness, fatigue) and respond appropriately, as well as provide regular updates on their son’s feeding, sleep, and behavior. The family is also ideally looking for support with help with child-care related housekeeping with laundry, keeping the baby’s area clean and tidy, and cleaning up after the baby’s meals with his dishes/bottles.

The ideal caregiver has experience with infant care, is patient, and has the ability to offer nurturing and caring support. The family is also looking for a caregiver that is CPR and First Aid certified, familiar with developmental milestones, and will maintain a safe, clean environment. Their son enjoys playing with black and white cards, tummy time, sensory activities, and massages. As a family they like to take stroller walks together around the neighborhood when the weather is nice! The family is offering $27-$33 per hour based on qualifications and experience, and benefits for the caregiver will be discussed during the interview process.
