Are you an experienced caregiver looking for a unique opportunity? We are seeking two dedicated individuals (whether friends, family members, or a duo) to join our backup care and on-call childcare team, providing in-home care to families in the Redmond area. As part of this role, you'll have access to subsidized housing for the duration of your employment. This is a great opportunity for caregivers who are reliable, energetic, and passionate about working with children, especially infants.
Providing backup and on-call childcare in family homes, primarily for infants and toddlers.
Engaging children in age-appropriate activities such as playtime, reading, arts & crafts, and outdoor fun.
Handling daily caregiving needs: meal preparation, diapering, nap schedules, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
Assisting with light housekeeping duties related to childcare (e.g., tidying play areas, children's laundry).
