We’re looking for a full-time nanny for our 6 month old son. Schedule would likely be Monday–Thursday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Dad works from home, Mom works in downtown Milwaukee, and we have one large friendly dog.
We’re looking for someone experienced with infants who is warm, dependable, patient, and engaged in developmental play and milestones. Responsibilities include baby care, bottle/diaper/nap tracking, light baby-related tidying, and supporting crib naps gently—no cry-it-out. Contact naps are okay for now.
Requirements: CPR/first aid, non-smoker, reliable transportation, references, background check, vaccinations, comfort starting solids, no screen time, and safe sleep practices.
