Innate love, compassion and patience in caregiving has taught me to teach & guide children in a gentle way. I was an attachment parent (baby wearing, bonded, close contact) with all four of my own children. I allow the child take the lead for creativity and exploration of their environment, with appropriate boundaries for safety and rules of the home. Respect, communication and understanding are very important to me in caregiver- parent dynamic, as well as with the children. I am available Monday, Friday and weekends, hours as needed. I want your children to be as comfortable as possible with me while you are gone. I prefer to meet in person once before beginning babysitting. I also did some short-term nannying for three families during my college years. After college, I taught a 4-year-old preschool class at Kindercare Learning Center, from 2003 to 2005. When my son was born, in May of 2005, I started to nanny full time. Since then, I have worked as a nanny, as a home daycare provider and babysitting, for 21 different families to present day.

Always loved children since I was a child. Starting teaching preschool at my church at age 18. I have done so many types of volunteer work (with my children being involved as well), but the most rewarding has always been with helping children. They are our future and I believe parenting is not only the most important job we can have, but also the best and definitely the most rewarding. I studied Elementary Education in college years ago, but have always had the natural instinct to teach, especially while playing. Hi I'm Madison, I am 24 years old. My family and friends would say I am a very energetic and optimistic person! I have been working and volunteering with kids since I was 14. I was a teen coach a cheerleading team from kindergarten to 2nd grade and I volunteered as a teacher aid for my church for 2 years. This past few years I was a teacher at a daycare. Left because I am looking for a more personal one on one relationship with children. Before the pandemic I was a gymnastics coach and coached ages 1-13.
