When I decided to go back to work, I wanted to do something I enjoyed and had a passion for, so I decided to enter the childcare field. I now have 11 years experience as a nanny and 1 year in a childcare center. As a parent, I understand how difficult it is to balance your professional and personal lives, and just how hard it is to trust someone with your child(ren).
