Slow and steady walks for a 10 year old large pup

I would like to set up recurring walks for Fred, my 10 year old, 90 pound lab mix. He has a wonky front leg so he moves slow, but I work long hours sometimes and hope to give him some extra attention and exercise during the work day.

He is super friendly with people and most pups, especially those who are smaller than him, though it may be best to keep him to himself on these walks! He also does not like bikes/skateboards on the sidewalks and may bark at them, so it's good to be aware of that.

Based on this, I am looking for someone to come between 12-3 pm on occasion to give him a little exercise who is experienced with older, bigger dogs. Fred will not walk far but I hope to get him some fresh air, and you can get him to move a little more if you position yourself behind him and move forward (weird but it works). Treats are also great, but not anything beef-based!
