We occasionally need a dog sitter at our home for our two 4 year old dogs. Typically we would be looking for 2-4 hours at a time. One dog is a very friendly boy Akita and the other is a very timid girl Great Pyrenees. Neither is demanding; the GP especially spends most of her day on her bed. We have a large property so it is easy to walk them if needed (probably won't be needed) and they don't have any need for meds or special care. Hourly rate is negotiable.
