Need help with dogs

Wife and I are away at work during the day. The dogs need to be let out or they will have accident inside. Have a girl dog Bailey (Labrador Retriever) and a boy dog Charlie (mixed pitbull breed). They are both very friendly once they know you but will bark when first meet. Will not harm you.
