? Experience & Skills
• Prior experience caring for children, especially those on the autism spectrum, is strongly preferred (or a willingness to learn and be coached).
• Understanding of (or interest in) sensory needs and behavioral supports.
• Knowledge of child development milestones and how to foster age-appropriate skills.
• Ability to use positive reinforcement and clear instructions to guide behavior.
• CPR/First Aid certification and a commitment to safety at all times.
