My mother who is 80 years old, is suffering from forgetfulness and lack of energy, and requires help to get out of bed, do morning daily grooming tasks, including showering and potty help, changing her diaper. She goes to potty by her self, but needs help to get up, and take shower. She is able to walk with holding hands. Need to help her get ready, and if time permits take her to a few nearby places on different days - such as local temple, her physiotherapy appointment (1-3 x per week), and walk in the local park or on street by holding hand. The locations to visit are within 1-6 mile radius. If transportation is not feasible, only grooming help is requested.
