We are an ND/2e family of four in Napa. We’re looking for a caregiver to join us during the late afternoon and early evening on weekdays, when the kids are home and the day’s energy is winding down.

Our older son has support needs that require patience, flexibility, and genuine comfort with kids whose brains work differently. He is 2e and very funny. He also has a harder time with transitions, unpredictability, and situations that feel demanding or high-pressure.

Our younger son is energetic, curious, and social. He’s in a Spanish immersion program and comes home ready for connection and play.

You’d arrive around 2:00 PM and be with the boys through 5:30 PM on weekdays. During this window, you’re the lead adult: managing the rhythm of the afternoon, navigating whatever comes up between two kids with different energy levels and needs, and keeping things grounded.
