We need an outgoing caregiver to provide companionship and care for an older adult with special needs (wheelchair, development disabilities) at his home. He loves to talk and learn about people, and has a great sense of humor. Shift starts at 11am at his apartment and goes until 7pm. Duties include light preparation of lunch and dinner, toileting (undress/dress and wiping), and companionship. He can use the grab bar in the bathroom and support his own weight, but needs guidance during transfers. He would appreciate going for walks in the neighborhood and visiting the community center.
