Looking for a Caretaker for Teenager

I am looking for someone who would be a great support for my teenager who is diagnosed with high-functioing autism and ADHD. The best fit would be someone who is interested in being a companion to a teenager, is caring and can support someone with anxiety, help out with preparing or warming up food and just spending time together while I am not at home. It is also important to like pets since we have two cats and a dog at home.
