Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities (Hygiene, & self-care)
Support meal preparation & household tasks
Encourage independence
Support participation in community activities and appointments – transportation required
Monitor health and behavior changes and report concerns
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow safety procedures
Complete documentation and communicate with team members and family
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience with developmental disabilities preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills:
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:
Weekend availability required
Work takes place in home and community settings
Supporting two friendly, independent young women with DS
