Special Needs Care for 3 Year Old Boy with Autism

Hello!
Looking for care for a 3 year old boy with autism who is non-speaking and loves to play outside. Typically, our family of 6 (4 kids and 2 parents) need support when only one parent is home and our son who has autism needs 1:1 attention and care for safety concerns (mouthing, running, climbing, etc.) He's very friendly, adaptable to new people, and energetic.
