Watching my son for a couple of hrs

My son is autistic. He can’t really talk, but he needs a lot of attention. I need someone that can take them out for a couple hours. Bring him back play with him while his mother does the thing she needs to do. I might need somebody overnight because she needs to go Stay in the hospital. Because of a foot injury.
