Looking for backup care for my 5 year old son while i attend a 6 week school course. Oliver is autistic, nonverbal(loves to sing though), and a very sweet, energetic little boy. He communicates using a PECS book that he's been working with at ABA. He thrives with someone patient, engaging, and high energy who enjoys singing, dancing, and interactive play. Oliver is still in diapers and would need help with diaper changes, as well as preparing simple meals and snacks during care. I'm hoping to find someone dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working with autistic children. Experience with autism, PECS, or special needs care is a huge plus.
