Traumatic brain injury

Basically need for someone for my spouse, 57 year old male with traumatic brain injury who can not be left unsupervised. This would be for while I am at work He needs prompting of medications and meal prep as well as supervision. Can not be left alone and I have to return full time in office end of April. So need someone to be here with him in evenings while I am at work
