A welcoming military family is seeking a caring, dependable, and attentive respite care provider to care for their 11 month old son. The family is looking for someone who is experienced with infants, detail-oriented, and comfortable following specific care instructions for a baby with complex medical needs.

Potential Schedule (total of 32 hours a month): Friday evenings, Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

About the Position:
Child has a congenital heart condition and requires additional attention and ongoing monitoring. He is a sweet, happy baby who enjoys interaction, playtime, and being included in everyday activities.

Responsibilities may include:
- Providing attentive, nurturing infant care.
- Following the family's instructions for daily monitoring and care.
- Supporting feeding routines, including bottle preparation, paced feedings, and frequent burping.
- Engaging him in age-appropriate activities and tummy time when approved.
- Following all safety precautions and care instructions provided by the parents.
- Helping prepare bottles for the following day as needed.

The family is looking for someone who:
- Has experience caring for infants.
- Is comfortable caring for a child with complex medical needs or willing to learn through family guidance and training.
- Is highly attentive, detail-oriented, patient, and dependable.
- Can carefully follow instructions and recognize when something may be concerning.
- Is warm, nurturing, and interested in building a trusting relationship with the family.
