We're looking for a Personal Care Assistant to support our 21-year-old daughter, with autism and a rare genetic disorder. Our daughter is social, sweet, and loves conversation and humor, highly routine-oriented and benefits from clear structure. She is working on life skills, safety awareness, and independence. Key Responsibilities: Provide consistent supervision and safety awareness, support schedules, routines, and transitions, assist with community outings, activities, and appointments, offer patient emotional and behavioral support during tough moments, and communicate clearly with family and team members.
