My son Megeulle has cerebral palsy & is able to communicate effectively and feed himself independently. Megeulle is alert, aware, & can perform some tasks on his own... However, he requires assistance with mobility, including transferring between the bed and wheelchair - to the restroom - also, changing his pull-ups. He also needs hands-on support with toileting and personal hygiene.
