Our two year old has both type 1 diabetes and cystic fibrosis and has special needs related to this.

He has an insulin pump so it mostly requires monitoring for diabetes and dosing with a phone-like device based on what he eats. Mainly just need to be sure his glucose doesn't dip too low or too high.

For CF he does twice-daily chest compressions sessions with a specialized machine-vest combo (mornings and evenings) for 30 minutes.

He also has an 8 year old older sister that would require childcare, but she does not have special needs.
