We're looking for a kind, patient, and dependable caregiver to provide afternoon support for our 4-year-old son at the Goddard School in Livingston, NJ. He's a sweet, fun-loving little guy who thrives with consistency and one-on-one attention.

Our son is on the autism spectrum (high-functioning) and does wonderfully with the right support. He works with a therapist regularly, and we're looking for someone to step in on the afternoons when his therapist isn't available.

Experience or comfort working with children on the autism spectrum is a big plus, though a genuine willingness to learn and a patient nature matter just as much. You should be comfortable with redirection, sensory-friendly activities, and keeping things structured but fun.

Someone reliable, warm, and proactive — the kind of person who shows up with a positive attitude and builds real rapport with a child.
