I am seeking a reliable babysitter to assist with after-school supervision and occasional childcare.

Responsibilities would include:
1. Meeting my son at the bus stop and supervising him from 2:50pm–4pm, Monday through Friday.
2. Providing care on occasional school days off, as needed.
3. Optional (preferred but not required): assisting with homework and offering an after-school snack.

My son is 14 years old and pretty independent. He is able to communicate his needs and can manage his own snacks, drinks, and personal care. Since adolescence, there have been some behavioral challenges, and he requires gentle redirection at times. He also has limited verbal communication but is capable of expressing his needs or wants. He will typically watch videos on his tablet or phone for extended periods of time. This is okay-if he becomes overstimulated.

We are seeking someone who is patient, attentive, and comfortable providing supervision and structure in a calm environment.
