Need Companion/Aid for brother with special needs

Hello,
I'm looking for someone with nursing experience to act as both a companion and aid for my adult brother with mental illness. I'm his only caregiver and need a hand with taking him to hospital when emergencies arise and also to help remind him of medication. We also need assistance in cleaning his bathroom weekly. Also to run errands such as pick up medications for him at the local pharmacy.
