Looking for a caring, experienced babysitter for our 5-year-old son, who has moderate autism and ADHD. He’s a sweet, bright, energetic child who thrives with patient, structured, and attentive care. He uses Gestalt language processing, has a speech delay, and needs full supervision due to a tendency to elope. Our Ideal candidates have strong experience with neurodivergent children and are up to date on CPR/First Aid certification. Familiarity with ABA, sensory needs, and/or special education is a plus. Duties include homework help, play, support with routines, and calm redirection. One parent works from home part-time and will occasionally be in their home office during care.
