Autistic toddlers in need of childcare

I have two autistic children both age 3 in need of childcare in my home from 6 AM to 6 PM daily. Every other weekend as well.. I need childcare immediately.. one of the children is in ABA therapy for half of the day so it's really childcare for 13 year-old girl.
