We are looking for a kind, patient, and dependable caregiver to help with our 15-year-old son. He is a sweet, good kid with special needs who mainly needs support with daily routines, supervision, and help around the house.

This role is a good fit for someone who is calm, encouraging, reliable, and comfortable working with children or teens with special needs.

Responsibilities may include:

Providing supervision and companionship
Helping with daily routines and simple household tasks
Encouraging independence with age-appropriate chores
Preparing simple snacks or meals
Helping keep his area organized
Light homework or activity support, if needed
Playing games, going for walks, or doing simple activities
Transportation to activities or appointments, if needed

Ideal candidate:

Experience with special needs, autism, or caregiving preferred
Patient, calm, and dependable
Comfortable working in a family home
Able to follow routines and instructions
Good communicator with parents
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Background check and references required
