I am seeking a compassionate, reliable caregiver for my 11-year-old son who is diagnosed with autism. The ideal candidate will have ABA training or experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and be comfortable blending childcare with therapeutic support. Responsibilities include providing supervision in the home, engaging him in structured activities, helping with daily routines, and supporting social and communication skills through positive reinforcement strategies. Light meal prep, assistance with homework, and occasional transportation may be needed. We are especially looking for someone patient, consistent, and creative who can provide a safe and supportive environment. CPR/First Aid certification and prior experience with special needs children are strongly preferred.
