We’re seeking two dedicated individuals experienced in working with children with special needs to provide support for a fun-loving 5-year-old boy with autism.

About the Role:
This position involves 1-on-1 interaction with a very active and social child who loves to play, read stories, and stay on the move! Consistency, patience, and engagement are key.

Why Two Caregivers?
The schedule is divided between two people (2–3 days per week, 3 hours per day) to help ensure each caregiver can give their best energy and avoid burnout — as the child is consistently active and requires constant attention and movement.

Please note: My son is not your typical child he is constantly moving as he has severe ADHD and autism so it is non-stop with him.

Flexible scheduling available

* We also would prefer someone who does not mind driving to MD on 3 weekends out of the month to be with other parent. Gas will be paid for those weekend. During those weekends the shifts will also be three hours.
