We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced caregiver to provide dedicated in-home support for our 24-year-old daughter, who has Autism Spectrum Disorder and Pica. The ideal candidate will foster a safe, positive, and supportive environment while encouraging personal independence and day-to-day engagement. Professional experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required, and candidates should be prepared to provide verifiable professional references.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
Required Experience: Prior direct-care experience working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum.
Preferred Credentials: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience strongly preferred.
Opportunity for additional evening and weekend hours may be available upon request.
SHIFTS: 8 am-1230 pm OR 1 pm-5 pm Monday - Friday
