16-yo gentleman needs organizer/pal

He's 16, and just needs someone in person to help with organizing his room, shaving, and planning.
He already has an online tutor for 1 hour per weekday, but he needs another person to help with what an older sibling or pal might do. His guardian works from home, but doesn't have the time to keep him engaged. He is extremely polite, helpful, and talkative. He walks and understands a lot, but is going through a tough time transitioning from being coddled to becoming independent.
