Need an occasional sitter for our 5yr old autistic son so we can have date nights. He's largely nonverbal but has echolalia and repeats everything he hears. He does have about 50 words and phrases that he uses to communicate along with gestures. He's very cuddly and sweet, good eye contact, doesn't mind physical touch, loves to play and listen to music. We live in an apartment in the u district, with a small courtyard right outside our front door where he can play outside (covered by our security camera) as long as youre out there with him. We'd like to meet for an interview first to make sure youre a good fit for him, as we're hoping to make this a once or twice a month thing, hopefully leading up to an overnight. We haven't had any time apart from him ever, so finding a good babysitter is a big deal for us. If you think you'd be a good fit We'd love to meet you!
