I am a 54 year old retired and widowed Police Officer from the East Coast. I served for 23 years (8 of those in the SVU/Youth Division) and retired in Aug 2016 after I lost my husband. I now live in Parker. I have prior experience as a nanny for 4 years. My little charges were two infants, 2 toddlers, and one elementary school age girl. (All at the same time, still don’t know how I pulled that one off) I served in the military for 3 years then became a Police Officer in 1994. I’ve been a certified EMT since 1994 and even managed to help bring one child into the world. I am quite fond of caring for children from my previous experiences, whether it’s date night babysitting, mother’s helper if either parent is working from home and needs extra help keeping your child occupied without interruptions so you can focus on work. I’m a firm believer in love, and tons of cuddles with book time and laughter during play time. As Per individual parents wishes, I’d rather listen to laughing kids, using by age appropriate learning games, playing outside, getting dirty ( that’s what baths and washing machines are for) over using a TV for a babysitter per household day to day rules and norms. I am well versed in healthy meals for your child and can always prepare meals for the parents if they don’t have the time or energy at the end of the day. I’m fairly well versed with most cuisines depending on your family’s cravings, and dietary needs. If your kids are older and show an interest in cooking, I’d be delighted to teach them the basics and take a step back and see where their creativity takes them. It’s a fantastic way to boost confidence! I’m also available for travel in the event your child is young and the parents need some quiet time/childcare needs while traveling. (I have a US Passport in addition to an EU Passport as I have dual citizenship) I’m also available to keep a household running smoothly and handle every aspect of your child’s care needs for parents(s) who occasionally need to travel for work. I speak English, have a pretty laid back ( yet vigilant) demeanor, excellent communication skills. and a healthy sense of humor. I have a reliable and safe vehicle with an excellent driving record as well as have been an advanced BLS trained and extensively experienced Medical First Responder throughout my 24 year career in Law Enforcement. I look forward to hearing from you!

Ms. Diana is a very punctual, very classy, caring and kind lady. She brought materials for activites along to engage our toddler. We would definitely use her again. I would trust her in case of emergencies or first aid with our toddler.

I enjoy being present in a child’s life to help guide, develop a strong self confidence and grow and discover along side them. It’s important to set positive examples of care, compassion, understanding and forgiveness while young. I love to create environments that facilitate growth while still having fun. I enjoy reading books, music and art. I have more than 35 years of experiences with infants, toddler to teens, multiples and special needs children. I have also engaged in both public and private care.

As a first-time mom, trusting someone with my three-month-old baby was one of the biggest decisions I had to make. From the moment Karla joined our family, she gave us complete peace of mind. She has been our nanny for the past four months, and we truly could not have asked for someone more caring, engaged, and dependable. Karla is incredibly intentional with our son’s day. She prioritizes learning, play, and age-appropriate developmental activities, making sure he is constantly engaged and thriving. She is never distracted by her phone or disengaged - her focus is always on him, and it shows in the bond they’ve built together. She is kind, trustworthy, patient, and genuinely loves what she does. She has made such a positive impact on our lives during these precious early months of our son’s life. He lights up every morning when she walks in the house. The only reason we are saying goodbye is because our family is moving out of state. If we weren’t relocating, we would keep Karla without hesitation. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her care for the child. I recommend her wholeheartedly and know she will be a wonderful addition to a lucky family.

Hi, my name is Francesca and I love working with children and animals! I just graduated with distinction from CU Boulder as a double major in Linguistics and Italian. I am looking for a part time job for this next year while I continue my education online to pursue a Masters in Speech Language Pathology. My mom was a preschool teacher so I’ve grown up helping her out with kids and tutoring. I am TESOL certified, and I’ve taught in various classrooms and been the director of a summer camp, so I have experience with all age groups! I am extremely organized, realiable, and responsible; I graduated from high school with a 4.3 GPA and from CU with a 3.9 GPA. I was a lifeguard and swim instructor for young kids during my teen years as well. Please feel free to contact me :)

My name is Lauren! I am a 28 year old Colorado Native currently finishing my bachelor's degree in Journalism, and working at a Law Firm in Downtown Denver. I am very family oriented and have gained a copious amount of childcare skills working as a sitter and nanny throughout my teens and 20s. I am CPR certified, and have most recently been the part time nanny for a one year old boy. I am very creative and love to help kids express themselves through fun and engaging activities. I think some of my best qualities as a caretaker are my patience, nurturing demeanor, and my ability to maintain an upbeat energy level. I love emphasizing and incorporating activities that are immersive rather than focus on activities that revolve around a screen. I have worked for families with many differing life and healthstyles and can easily adapt to whatever expectations are needed by the family. I am very comfortable and experienced watching multiple children of all ages, however, I most consistently care for children the youngest age starting at 4 months-7 years. I am hoping to find a family who I can sit for on a regular basis primarily weekends, but have no problem working just a one time gig or a needed date night! Please reach out to me if you have any questions!! Thank you, Lauren

Lauren was great! She showed up right on time, was friendly, and handled both the kids and our dogs with no problem. The kids had a good time, and everything was in order when we got back. Reliable and easy to work with, highly recommend!

Hi, I have been working with children for more than 10 plus years. I am First Aid and CPR certified and have experience with all ages. I enjoy that no two days are the same. I believe it is an honor to be included in a child's and family's life. I started as a babysitter and worked in daycare and became a nanny at 18. I believe honest and open communication is key in the success of the nanny relationship. I do my best to adapt to each child and family's needs. I would love the opportunity to discuss the position with you and the possibility of working with you and your family. I look forward to speaking with you. Thanks for you time, Britt

To Whom It May Concern, It is with great enthusiasm that I write this letter of recommendation for Britt, who served as the nanny for our daughter from the time she was six months old until she turned one. Simply put, Britt is exceptional. Any family would be fortunate to have her. From day one, Britt demonstrated a deep knowledge of child development and an intuitive understanding of our daughter's needs. She was instrumental in helping her reach important milestones and consistently approached her work with professionalism, patience, and warmth. We were constantly impressed by how engaged and attentive she was--always finding ways to support our daughter's growth through play, routine, and gentle structure. Beyond her childcare expertise, what truly set Britt apart was the love and care she brought into our home. She became a trusted part of our family, and it was evident how much she genuinely cared for our daughter. Britt was also incredibly respectful of our parenting style and seamlessly adapted to our preferences and routines. The only reason we stopped working with Britt was because my wife left her job to be a stay at home mom, changing our childcare needs. If that weren't the case, we would have happily continued with her. We wholeheartedly recommend Britt to any family looking for a trustworthy, nurturing, and knowledgeable nanny. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss her further--we would be more than happy to share more about our wonderful experience. Best, Tyler

Hi, My name is Lily and I've been working with kids for about 5 years. Over the last few years, I've worked primarily with infants, toddlers, and elementary school age children but I love kids of all ages. My experience varies, most recently I was a nanny/ household manager to 4 wonderful kids. Previously I was a part of a nanny share for 30 children of military families! I also worked in a daycare. If it's nice out, I like to take the kids outside, but if not I whip out my crafting and coloring skills. I also love to cook and bake yummy foods with the kids if they are interested! :) In my free time I love hiking, crafting, ham-mocking, and cooking. I have my own vehicle and am CPR Certified! I love pets of any kind. Comfortable with multiple kids at a time, light cleaning tasks and/ or household management tasks!
