I am currently sitting 4 mornings a week 8-1pm (MWFSat) for a family that has a 2 & 3 yr old. They are screen free and we spend most of our day outside. It’s a questionnaire that was developed by doctors and researchers for caregivers and parents use to assess various ages of development (2 mos-60 mos) to understand and monitor the various ages of development which are: Communication, Gross & Fine Motor, Problem-solving abilities & Personal & Social skills. Their research is still going and updates are applied as they learn more about the development of young children. Childcare also teaches you all about keeping children safe. Background checks, safety drills, food safety, playground safety, (teaching them about strangers, knowing a parents phone number and their address, if old enough). So I’ve got that covered for a family’s peace of mind. I would consider it a privilege to be entrusted with assisting in the day to day care and nurture of your child/children/& animals (as I also raised AKC Golden retrievers for many years). They are the future of this world, so I take much pride in making sure they get great care. I've been babysitting since I was 14, I also volunteered at a church for years, teaching Bible studies on sundays and I helped coach gymnastic special Olympics team and traveled with them to compete.
