You need to be comfortable around pets, as we have two cats and a corgi. All of the animals are very friendly, although you'll likely never see one of the cats. The other cat, Spinkles, loves Quinn and is usually hanging in/around the play area. The job is for one child, and you will help with playtime and routines. She sleeps very well and the bedtime routine is pretty simple. Your main focus will be ensuring a safe and fun environment for our child. The sitter will supervise daily activities, make light snacks/meals for kids, supervise playtime, create fun crafts for them (we have tons of supplies) and get kiddos ready for bedtime. Our family has a large golden retriever. While you won’t need to provide care for our dog, being comfortable around pets is important. The hours are from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Possibly Fridays also. We have two sweet kitties.
