Looking for a fun, reliable, and proactive household superhero to help keep our busy family running smoothly! We're a warm, energetic family with two awesome girls (1st and 5th grade), a friendly dog, and a belief that teamwork, kindness, and laughter make everything better. We are located in the Chevy Chase/Friendship Heights area.

What you'll do:
• School and activity pickups
• Help with homework and encourage good habits
• Prepare simple dinners and keep the kitchen tidy
• Support the kids in cleaning up after themselves
• Handle family laundry and light household organization
• Occasional errands, grocery runs, or dog walks
• Create a calm, positive after-school routine. Participate in impromptu dance parties ?

We're looking for someone who:
• Enjoys working with children and can balance fun with structure
• Is organized, communicative, and self-directed
• Doesn't mind pitching in with household tasks when the kids are occupied
• Has a safe driving record and reliable transportation
Schedule: Approximately 9–12 hours per week, Monday–Thursday afternoons during the school year and summer. Typical hours are 3/3:30-6:30/7, with occasional later evenings (8/8:30). We may also ask for weekend babysitting jobs too!,
