This role is ideal for someone who enjoys toddlers and understands how to balance structure with child-led play. The family already has routines and activities in place and is looking for a nanny who can support what is already working while bringing thoughtful ideas and activities that complement their approach.

Grandma will be living with the family during this temporary position and helping support the household and child’s care. The nanny will work collaboratively with her—both relieving her during parts of the afternoon and partnering with her when helpful. The goal is a supportive team environment centered around the child.
