After school sitter for energetic 5 year old with autism

My son is 5 years old and has autism. He is in kindergarten and very energetic. He loves to run and play, jump on his trampoline, and watch songs on YouTube.
Pick him up from school and watching him until I get off work. Usually between 4-5 pm, never past 6pm. If it’s warm out , he’d love to go to the park .
