We seek a caring mother's helper/nanny for our infant during the week while we work from home, do chores & pack for a move. Mainly in the afternoons into evenings. Days & hours are flexible based on need but will at least book 2-3 days per week sometimes more. Responsibilities include feeding & changing the child, following naptime & wake-window routines, engaging in age-appropriate activities such as general play & interaction, tummy time, practicing independent siiting (can demonstrate techniques) storytimes, & when weather permits getting some outdoor time with Christian in the backyard just hanging out! The caregiver will also occasionally provide light housekeeping & light laundry related to the child (during naptime) such as putting away pre-folded clothes, swiftering around the child's play area & tidying it up after each play session i.e. putting books & toys where they belong; as well as washing/preparing bottles.

The ideal candidate is responsible, patient, communicates availability well & enjoys working with babies! A strong focus on the child's safety and well-being is essential. We use the Huckleberry app for tracking all the aforementioned activities so any experience is a bonus but can also demonstrate how we log everything in-person. When applying, it'd also be helpful to know unavailability in advance for scheduling.

If driving, we often don't mind being valets & parking cars for visitors since it's a permit parking area (we know the safe spots from the PPA so you don't have to waste time hunting for one! We do it for friends, family & nannies all the time)
