seeking a patient, and reliable caregiver for our 3.5-year-old son.He is non-verbal and communicates through gestures, facial expressions. He does best with consistent routines, gentle guidance, and a calm environment. Responsibilities include providing safe care, supporting communication through gestures/visual cues(training provided), engaging in age-appropriate play and learning activities, following established routines, assisting with meals/basic hygiene(including diapering/toileting as needed)encouraging social interaction/independent play. Experienced with special needs preferred. CPR/First Aid certified, comfortable with non-verbal communication, able to pass background check.
