We are especially interested in a sitter who can model kindness, patience, and responsibility, and who is comfortable reinforcing expectations in a calm and supportive manner. As a faith-based household, we are looking for a sitter who shares similar values and is able to uphold and respect our family’s beliefs while we are away. The role would include light housekeeping, meal prep, and homework/tutoring. We value open communication and are looking for someone who will keep us informed. Trust and mutual respect are very important to our family, and we aim to create a positive, supportive working relationship.
